Jacobs issued a Record of Decision (ROD) for the Final Environmental Impact Statement (FEIS) for the Land and Resource Management Plan (Area Plan) for Land Between The Lakes National Recreation Area (LBL). Alternative Y from the FEIS was developed into the Area Plan. This Area Plan satisfies the provisions of the Land Between The Lakes Protection Act of 1998, which transferred the management of LBL from TVA to the Forest Service.
